Engineering Knowledge. Manufacturing Network. Reliable Supply.
SPECICAST TECHNOLOGIES is an engineering-driven sourcing and supply company specializing in castings, forgings and precision machined components for OEMs, industrial manufacturers and engineering companies. Established in 2024 and headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, we were founded to give customers a reliable, technically capable sourcing partner for engineered components.
We connect customer requirements with a carefully selected network of manufacturing partners across casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and specialized inspection — understanding the requirement, evaluating manufacturing feasibility, coordinating supplier development and production, and supporting quality assurance through to final delivery. We are not a supplier directory or trading intermediary — we engineer the sourcing process around the component.
Our Mission
To understand every customer requirement accurately, identify the most appropriate manufacturing process, and develop capable, reliable partners — coordinating the complete supply chain from development through serial production.
Our Vision
To become a globally trusted sourcing and supply partner for cast, forged and precision-machined components — connecting India's engineering manufacturing ecosystem with customers worldwide.

A Requirement-Based Approach To Sourcing
We do not begin by offering a standard product list — we begin by studying the customer's requirement, evaluated by process, material, geometry, quantity, quality level and application.
1. Requirement & Feasibility Review
We study the drawing, 3D model, specifications, material, quantity and delivery expectations, then identify manufacturing considerations such as sections, allowances and critical tolerances.
2. Process & Supplier Selection
We identify the appropriate manufacturing route and shortlist suppliers with relevant equipment, experience and capacity.
3. Technical Clarification & Tooling
We coordinate drawing, specification and tooling questions, and organize patterns, dies, cores, fixtures, gauges and first-off samples where required.
4. Production Monitoring
We follow the progress of material procurement, tooling, manufacturing, heat treatment, machining and inspection.
5. Quality Verification
We coordinate inspection and testing according to the agreed quality plan and customer requirements.
6. Documentation & Dispatch
We organize relevant quality records, packing details and logistics coordination before shipment.
